TEST Every product you purchase from Duvet Talk is made to order and usually despatched in 3 to 5 working days from receipt of Order.

All our Euroquilt deliveries are via DPD Delivery Service and use the latest tracking technology.If you leave a mobile phone number you will also receive a Text message from DPD regarding delivery info.

If the order is for Non Standard product we will speak to and give you a timescale for delivery dependant on the uniqueness of the order.

If for whatever reason we cannot meet our normal despatch deadlines we will call you.

Remember all our deliveries have to be signed for as they are high value items. If you have specific delivery information (Leave with No.2 etc.) please let us know in Delivery Instructions Box, 'Leave in Shed / Porch etc., is entirely at Customers own Risk, and at the discretion of the Carrier,it is Not Duvettalk policy. 

UK mainland Delivery Charge is FREE on Orders Over £50.00 with a charge of £4.95 for orders upto £49.99

Area 1 , England,Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland  Delivery FREE on Orders over £50.00, and for orders upto £49.99 there is a charge of £4.95

Area 2 , Republic of Ireland , Channel Isles , Isle of Man , Delivery £ 15.00

Area 3, Belgium, France,Germany,Denmark,Netherlands,Luxembourg,  Delivery £20.00

Area 4 , Italy, Hungary,Austria,Monaco,Poland,Portugal,Spain,Finland,Czech republic,Slovakia,Sweden, Delivery £ 22.00

Area 5, Greece, Cyprus,Latvia, Estonia  Delivery £ 32.00

Although a very rare occurrence mistakes can be made  in ordering or despatching,. its a fact of life.

The main thing is, if you are not happy call us first (before returning goods). We can rectify most issues quickly to your satisfaction.

Here's the Legal bit.....Under EU law you can return goods under a guarantee scheme within 14 days of receipt provided that such goods are packaged, undamaged and un-used.

For hygiene and safety reasons we are not allowed to accept or exchange returned duvets\toppers\pillows or bedding which have beenr used, unless they are clearly of faulty manufacture.

If you have to return anything please call on either 0800 566 8241 or 01450 860283 or e-mail info@duvettalk before returning goods. Upon receipt of goods we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding any carriage charges.

For all returns please use Registered post as we cannot be responsible for any item lost in postage that has not been sent recorded delivery. Proof of postage should be retained by the sender in case of any claim.
